Self-Sabotage = Self-Weakened

When your mind sets off with a goal and/or dream you feel euphoric with the idea of its completion. Once the process starts going you seem to feel defeated and heavy moving forward. If you are not moving firmly and positively in the direction where you want to be, you can be sure there are some self-sabotaging thoughts going in your mind. These thoughts take away your energy, wane your passion, and weaken your state of being.

Understand that these thoughts come from your subconscious mind and inner fear of failure and rejection. We may feel unworthy of completing our goals because we can only create as much success, love, and happiness we believe we deserve.

Our mind is very simple really. It does what we tell it.  And if we keep telling it, “I suck.” “I’m never going to get better.” “I’m so far behind.” etc… Well, our amazing mind will make sure that it comes true.

It is a process to look back and see where and why you got these beliefs, fears, and ideas about yourself, but to first fully take leadership that you are a leader right now, at this very moment is key.

You are a leader to yourself. You are a caretaker and a role-model and need to make sure you raise yourself up as if you were doing it to your own child. Because we are all children. We were all born with confidence and full of energy because all we needed to do was be ourselves.

As we grow older we must still take care of that child and make sure he/she is well taken care of with love, guidance, and encouragement.

If you have the power to stop your success, you have the power to break that.

Be the leader and loving parent to yourself because not only do you deserve it, but you need it. By ending that internal war with yourself, you can now become the greatest version of you.

Self-Devotion = Self-Power

Start with I can and I will.
